These Terms form an agreement between you and GOGAME CONSOLE PUBLISHER LTD for use of the LensSweep website, support service, Premium access offer, and mobile application (the “Service”). By using the Service or starting a trial, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. What LensSweep provides
LensSweep provides four separate informational tools: optical reflection hints, nearby Bonjour and Bluetooth Low Energy advertisements, relative magnetic-field changes, and a physical room checklist. Eligible session history and text reports may also be available.
LensSweep is not a professional inspection, emergency, law-enforcement, or security service. Results depend on device hardware, permissions, network configuration, physical conditions, and user technique. The Service does not guarantee that it will identify every device, risk, or source of a signal.
2. Authorized and responsible use
You may use the Service only on devices, networks, and spaces that you own or are authorized to review. You must comply with privacy, computer-access, recording, property, and other applicable laws.
You must not use LensSweep to access accounts or networks without permission, monitor people unlawfully, interfere with devices, bypass security controls, harass others, or make unsupported allegations based on an app result.
3. App access and credentials
The Free app does not require a website account. A Premium checkout may provision app credentials through the LensSweep identity service. You are responsible for protecting credentials delivered to you and notifying support about suspected unauthorized access.
4. Free and Premium plans
The Free plan includes a limited feature set. LensSweep Premium provides the features presented on the plans page, subject to compatible hardware, reasonable technical limits, and future product updates.
The LensSweep website offer starts with a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes a recurring subscription of 19.99 EUR every 2 weeks, renewing automatically until cancellation. The server-authoritative quote shown before confirmation controls the actual charge and any supported localized currency. Taxes may apply. There is no separate charge for starting the free trial.
5. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Website subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Website cancellation is available without an account through the public cancellation page using the checkout email and last four card digits. See the Cancellation Policy for complete instructions.
Website cancellation is processed immediately, stops future renewals, and may end connected Premium access as soon as it is synchronized. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, purchase channel, and circumstances. App Store purchases are administered under Apple’s applicable rules.
6. Payments and access
Payment details are handled by the payment provider. We may receive status and transaction information needed to activate access, prevent duplicate trials, resolve failed payments, handle disputes, and maintain records. We may suspend Premium access when a payment fails, a subscription ends, or use violates these Terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, router, operating-system version, or environment. Material subscription changes will be communicated as required by law.
8. Third-party services
The Service may rely on app stores, payment providers, hosting, email, account infrastructure, analytics, and network services. Those services are governed by their own terms and may experience interruptions outside our control.
9. Intellectual property
LensSweep, its design, software, content, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, circumvent access controls, or use the Service to build a competing product except where law expressly permits.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. You remain responsible for decisions, communications, and actions taken after reviewing a result.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss arising from unauthorized use of a network, incorrect interpretation, device incompatibility, third-party services, or service interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
